Ms. Bruce has 10 years of experience with noise analyses, transportation planning, and traffic forecasting/analyses. Since 2011, she has been an engineering consultant serving clients across the United States. Over the years she has managed many types of projects, conducted several transportation studies and used traffic modeling tools including FHWA Traffic Noise Model SoundPLAN, Federal Aviation Administration’s Aviation Environmental Design Tool, Federal Aviation Administration’s Integrated Noise Model, Jeppesen’s Total Airspace and Airport Modeler, and Terminal Area Route Generation and Traffic Simulator
