Mr. Witt joined I&R in March 2020. He began his career as an Air Quality Engineer with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality in 1997. In 2002, he went to work as a Transportation and Air Quality Planner for the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho, the metropolitan planning organization for Ada and Canyon Counties in Idaho. While there, he conducted travel demand modeling and developed regional emissions analyses for transportation conformity purposes. His career as an Engineering Consultant began in 2006. As a consultant, he has conducted traffic and transportation studies for clients in Idaho as well as developed project-level (i.e.: Hot Spot) air quality analyses for transportation conformity and NEPA purposes. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Idaho.
