Ms. Divine started with Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. in 2013, and was promoted to an acoustic staff consultant in 2016. Her duties include analyzing noise data, noise modeling, compiling and reviewing noise and air quality assessments, compiling company qualifications for proposals, and general administration and financial office managing. Her recent work includes weekly noise and vibration monitoring for the Summit Reservoir East Bay Municipal Utility District project and assembling I&R’s qualification for Caltrans District On-Calls. Ms. Divine received her BA from Northeastern University, with a Major in Environmental Studies, and Minors in Environmental Geology, Law, Policy and Society.
