Ms. Bauer started with Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. in 2022 as an intern. She continued her work there as a staff consultant after graduating from Sonoma State University with a BS in Environmental Science, Geography, and Management. During her time at Sonoma State University, Ms. Bauer participated in numerous research projects focused on the impacts of climate change on the natural world. At I&R, Ms. Bauer has worked on a variety of CEQA and NEPA air quality and greenhouse gas projects for various land uses including residential, commercial, educational, and industrial development. Additionally, she has worked on Specific Plan updates and construction mitigation plans. Ms. Bauer is experienced in CalEEMod and is developing experience with EMFAC, CT-EMFAC, AERMOD, and ISCST3.
